The collection currently includes 28 spiral bound books, 1 hard bound book and 2 sets of architectural drawings. Items include operational handbooks and guides, strategic planning tools, and facility plans. The materials range from 1993-2021. Items were transferred to the archives from the Dean of Instruction's office. The collection includes items aquired by the office but might not be direct products of the office.

Scope and Contents The Office of the President Collection contains material regarding the changes the college has taken from the opening through its first president in the form of memos, meeting minutes, and meeting agendas. Names of the President’s council are included in this collection along with information on the President’s Advisory Committee. Included in the collection are memos, library inventory, library policies, photographs, newspaper articles, and dissertations.
